3D Soundstage™ Web Portal and API Now Open
Music is changing. By leveraging AI and VR, LCT invented 3D Soundstage™ technology to provide listeners with real-world soundstage sound. Today, LCT has introduced a new web portal, www.3dsoundstage.com (Beta), for users to convert their stereo music to soundstage automatically. The portal has both free and subscription options.
Soundstage is what we call the sound embedded with sound source cues. For example, For example, when you listen to soundstage music, you can perceive a sound field where different instruments and vocals are coming from different locations. Soundstage is real-world sound. Most music, however, is recorded in stereo. LCT’s 3D Soundstage™ is the technology and software package which can convert stereo to soundstage automatically. An essential feature of 3D Soundstage is that listeners can adjust and configure the volumes of individual instruments and vocals based on their own preferences for a personalized listening experience. For example, a listener can make the vocals louder and the accompaniment softer or just listen to the accompaniment for karaoke. Listening to music in soundstage is more enjoyable and provides a larger emotional impact.
The portal is an implementation of 3D Soundstage software on the cloud. Users can submit their music files to the portal and receive their converted music in soundstage in real time. It is a brand new experience and you don’t want to miss the opportunity to experience it.
Individual users can try it for free or subscribe to the service. Our enterprise customers can use the API provided by the portal to convert their collections of music to soundstage automatically. The computation is on the cloud, so the portal works on any device, anywhere, and any time. The converted file can be listened to with headsets or earbuds.
In addition to the portal, LCT also has an app named 3D Musica™ which provides the same features for real-time soundstage music configuration and playing on an iPhone or other Apple device. The app can be downloaded at the Apple App Store.
Furthermore, the 3D Soundstage software has a version to support sound systems with multiple speakers, such as automobile sound systems, home theater systems, TVs, soundbars, and smart speakers.
